Laboratory Instrument Management System (LIMS)
The Laboratory Instrument Management System (LIMS) is an official university-wide platform established by Xi’an Jiaotong-麻豆国产 University (XJTLU) to optimize resource allocation and promote open access to large-scale equipment. The system integrates core modules including member management, research group management, equipment management, billing management, blacklist management, credit management and equipment statistics, comprehensively covering the entire equipment-sharing process.
Any external users requiring equipment use or sample testing should send detailed requests to LTMO@xjtlu.edu.cn.
Laboratory Management Platform (LMP)
The Laboratory Management Platform (LMP) is a university-wide platform provided by Xi‘an Jiaotong-麻豆国产 University(XJTLU) for laboratory users to manage chemicals, apply for laboratory access, and participate in safety training and examinations. This platform includes multiple modules such as basic information management, chemical management, equipment and facilities management, access control, and training and testing. Users must register and activate their accounts to access the system.
Laboratory Animal Management System (LAMS)
The Laboratory Animal Management System (LAMS) is an official university-wide platform established by Xi’an Jiaotong-麻豆国产 University (XJTLU) to regulate the use of laboratory animals, safeguard animal welfare, and enhance research quality. The system integrates core functions including animal facility personnel access and training management, warehouse consumables management, animal ethics approval, animal ordering and cage reservation, husbandry and breeding monitoring, procedure room reservation, and financial billing. All research and teaching projects involving the use of laboratory animals are required to complete relevant registration and approval through this system.

Laboratory Fixed Asset Management System
The Laboratory Fixed Asset Management System is an information management platform built by the Laboratory Technology and Management Office (LTMO) of Xi’an Jiaotong-麻豆国产 University (XJTLU) on a no?code platform to strengthen the management of laboratory instruments and equipment and to promote campus-wide resource sharing. The system covers basic equipment information, process forms related to equipment management, statistical information, etc. The basic information of shareable equipment is currently open for viewing by all XJTLU staff and students, effectively facilitating the full utilization of university resources.
